1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Here At Adept Skincare, we take pride in our fast processing and shipping times.
All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically take less than 3-4 business days to arrive. (Referring to Singapore ORDERS only)
2. Can I track my package?
Yes, most shipping carriers offer package tracking. You can usually find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or on the order details page of the website you purchased from.
3. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, you should contact the shipping carrier or email us immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure that you receive your package.
4. Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?
It depends on how far along the shipping process is. If the package has already been shipped, it may not be possible to change the address. However, if the package has not yet been shipped, you may be able to update the shipping address by contacting us at ask@adept2skin.com.sg
5. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Currently, we are celebrating our anniversary. We still offer free shipping for orders in Singapore till 31 Dec 24, after which we may charge a delivery fee.
For Orders (outside Singapore), please email us at ask@adept2skin.com.
All orders shipped outside of Singapore can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of Singapore charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees non-refundable. All sales are final.
